Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Experience Specialist -
Remote to enhance customer service and support patient care
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and route referrals received via phone, email, and social
media
Follow up with offices to ensure patients have been seen and
maintain documentation
Assist in specialty areas such as Live Chat, customer feedback, and
communication logistics
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of experience in a patient/customer service role,
preferably in the O&P industry
Knowledge of billing and insurance processing, appointment flow,
and evaluations
Familiarity with Hanger Clinic processes at a general level
Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare
reports
