Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist to interact
with customers and employees as the first point of contact.
Key Responsibilities
Support Account Coordinators in processing commercial lines
insurance policies
Request and process policy change requests and issue certificates
of insurance
Research and resolve customer inquiries related to policyholder
maintenance
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent; college degree is a plus
Prior customer service, office administration, and/or insurance
experience required
Current Indiana Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain
within 90 days of hire
Proficiency with Microsoft products
Previous experience with agency management systems and document
imaging systems preferred
