Job Type Full-time Description Minimum Requirements: Ability to read blueprints Ability to use inspection/measurement devices Ability to demonstrate basic machining skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Independently Set-up and Operate CNC and Manual Machines Edit programming as necessary Maintain Fixturing and Tooling Inspect Own Work (first piece) and document inspection Abide by all Health and Safety Policies and Procedures Produce Quality Products within given Specifications Training of other operators Produce parts at an acceptable rate Read and follow instructional materials (set-up sheets, blue prints, etc.) Daily preventive maintenance Continuous improvement 6S Perform job functions and tasks required by management and supervisors Excellent Attendance Quality and Safety Conscious Ability to work any shift Requirements Qualifications: Due to ITAR regulations, must be a U.S. Person High school diploma or equivalent Language, Math, and Reasoning Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, drawings, set-up sheets, travelers, procedure manuals and government regulations. Computer Skills: Must be able to use the computer and computer software as required by job.
