**Job Summary**
As a key member of the Conifer Health Solutions team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Access Department Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Patient Access department. This role is instrumental in implementing process improvements and ensuring the safe, timely, and accurate flow of patients through the Patient Access process.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to achieve Conifer Health Solutions and client goals.
  
• Collaborate with internal and external peers to foster positive relationships and identify areas of opportunity.
  
• Manage and develop staff, including documentation, selection, orientation, and training.
  
• Communicate effectively with direct supervisors to ensure personal growth and development.
  
• Work closely with Client Services to address client needs, concerns, and requests.
  
  Requirements:
  
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
    
  • Three to five years of management experience in Revenue Cycle, Business Services, or Acute Healthcare.
    
  • Extensive knowledge of Patient Access and experience with budget and cost management.
