Job Description:
A company is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence: Community
Impact Coach.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor and coach climate tech companies to achieve community
benefit and workforce impact outcomes
Design and facilitate interactive workshops and peer learning
sessions for portfolio companies
Establish relationships with local partners to support community
engagement and workforce development
Qualifications
Proven track record in developing policy and community engagement
strategies within a startup environment
Experience in climate and sustainability sectors
Experience coaching or providing consulting services
Experience building partnerships with nonprofits and
community-based organizations
Ability to engage networks to support portfolio companies and the
broader ecosystem
