Job Description:
A company is looking for a Property Maintenance Coordinator to
manage tenant and vendor communications and maintenance
requests.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate work orders between tenants and vendors
Create and maintain project dashboards for tracking progress and
updates
Respond to tenant requests and update the status of repairs in
property management software
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role
Proficiency in English at B1/B2 level or higher
Knowledge of project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Asana)
Experience in property or hotel management is a plus
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
