A company is looking for a Sr. Construction Data Specialist to
manage and analyze project data in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, input, and maintain project data, ensuring accuracy and
integrity
Organize and analyze data to identify trends and provide
data-driven recommendations
Develop reports on project metrics and collaborate with
construction teams for data integration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction
Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry
related to data management
Solid understanding of construction processes and project
management principles
Proven experience in data analysis and management within the
construction industry
Experience in cost consulting, quantity surveying, or modular
construction preferred
