Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant I to
support employee relations matters for core leaders and
caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide resources and assistance for employee relations issues
Conduct employee and labor relations research to identify trends
and patterns
Maintain HR metrics and dashboards, reporting findings to HR
professionals
Required Qualifications
2 years of professional human resources experience in a similar
role
2 years of experience in Employee Relations, labor relations,
ADAAA, and leaves of absence
3 years of experience in providing high-touch customer service
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
(preferred)
HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire
(preferred)
