Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scheduling Analyst to develop and
deploy workforce management strategies nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Develop templates and use complex formulas for workforce
management
Identify gaps in coverage and propose solutions for staffing and
scheduling
Provide production reporting and maintain employee information
within the Workforce Management database
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management
methodologies in call centers
Expert level understanding of call center operations, processes,
and analytics
Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education
and experience
Preferred certifications include Six Sigma, PMI, Business
Analytics/Risk Management, and Workforce Certification
