A company is looking for a Hospice Sales and Market Strategy
Leader - Community Team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders
to increase referral volume
Monitor and analyze growth performance metrics and market trends to
identify opportunities for improvement
Lead training sessions for hospice sales team members to enhance
their skills and knowledge
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or
related field, or 5 years of relevant experience
Flexibility to travel up to 75% of the time to support hospice
teams
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets
Knowledge of hospice care regulations and industry trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
