Job Description:
A company is looking for a Refi Mortgage Sales Manager to
oversee operations and development of company products.
Key Responsibilities
Review and manage loan pipelines to ensure timely processing and
closings
Support the Sales Team by structuring loan files and resolving
issues
Conduct training and monthly meetings with Loan Consultants
regarding policy changes
Required Qualifications and Education
2+ years of full-time refinance or purchase loan origination
experience
Current and Active NMLS license, with additional state licenses
preferred
Complete knowledge of conventional and government loan programs
Experience managing a sales team in a call center environment
High School Diploma or equivalent required
