Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor the Supports Broker team
Facilitate stakeholder outreach, training, and marketing events
Develop training materials and provide ongoing staff training
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA or BSW preferred
Minimum three years of experience in case management or support
brokerage
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or elderly
persons
